For owners who want regular planning, accountability, and help keeping priorities on track.

Includes:

  • Two scheduled meetings per month

  • Up to two additional hours of work per month

  • Priority and action-item tracking

  • Support with routine operational challenges

OPERATIONS & IMPLEMENTATION

Starting at $1250 /month

For owners who need more hands-on help coordinating work, solving problems, and implementing improvements.

Includes:

  • Weekly scheduled meetings

  • Up to four hours of additional work per week

  • Preparation, research, coordination, follow-up, and implementation support within the agreed scope

Larger projects and substantial deliverables may be quoted separately. Both service levels begin with a six-month commitment.
