One-time service starting at $350
You may not need ongoing bookkeeping. You may simply need an experienced set of eyes on your QuickBooks file and a clear plan for what to improve.
A one-time review can help identify setup issues, bookkeeping inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve how your financial information is organized.
Your review includes:
An evaluation of your chart of accounts, bank feeds, and reconciliations
Identification of significant bookkeeping or setup issues
Written findings and prioritized recommendations
A review of the findings and suggested next steps
The final cost depends on the condition and complexity of your file.
You can implement the recommendations yourself or ask me to quote the work separately. There's no requirement to sign up for ongoing bookkeeping.

We typically support businesses ranging from sole proprietors to 20+ employees with revenue between $60K and $5M.
Currently all of our business clients utilize QuickBooks Online. However, we are also open to supporting businesses on Xero and other software if they are working well.
Yes, we are able to support your payroll service of choice such as Gusto, Paychex, ADP etc.
We bill by the project. Only a few exceptions required hourly agreements
The typical initial onboarding takes 10-14 days. Additional optimization of QuickBooks is 60-90 days.
While I have experience as a licensed tax preparer, I don’t currently offer tax preparation services. You’re welcome to continue working with your existing CPA or I can connect you with a trusted tax professional who fits your needs.
No problem! Invite me as an accountant in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) settings. I’ll review your file within 1–3 business days and provide a clear list of what needs to be completed to bring your books up to date, along with the next steps.
